What it does
A search box where the customer types any question and gets a grounded, sourced answer. Uses RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) — the AI searches a locked room of verified facts, then generates a sentence based only on those facts. It knows THIS product perfectly. It's a specialist, not a generalist.

How it works
The AI Advisor uses Retrieval Augmented Generation. Before generating any response, it searches the product's verified fact database. It can only compose sentences from retrieved facts — it cannot access its general training data. Every answer includes source citations.

Customer asks: "Is this helmet compatible with the Cardo Packtalk?" → Advisor retrieves verified data: SC2 communication system, compatible intercom systems list → Generates: "The C5 uses Schuberth's SC2 system.
